Purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions you’ll ever make in your life so choosing the right lender is critical and can make the difference in the kind of mortgage you get, how difficult the process will be and even whether or not you will get a mortgage at all! Today’s mortgage financing process can be intimidating, stressful and confusing so my goal is to alleviate those worries by being available to answer your questions and guide you through the process from start to close.

I started in the mortgage industry in 1993 and quickly realized that I had made the right professional choice. I love my job as a mortgage banker and I take great pride in the huge responsibility I have in making dreams come true for my clients. I understand that I have an impact on their future and I take that responsibility very seriously. Therefore, I try to treat each client’s transaction as if it was my own. I believe that this level of care and attention has been a huge contributor to my success. I have been in the top five for company production from the year I started in the business. I do all of my business for repeat clients or by referral from Realtors and past clients and I appreciate the trust people put in me to help them, their friends or their clients. To help me provide a high level of service throughout the transaction is my assistant Joni Kohmetscher. Joni has many years of experience in the mortgage industry and she is very detailed and customer service oriented. For both of us, our main focus is creating smooth transactions that result in happy clients.

Outside of work, I spend my time with my husband Rick and our three daughters. We love camping and boating in the summer and in the winter we enjoy spending time on Mount Hood. The Pacific Northwest has so much to offer and I wouldn’t want to live, work or play anywhere else!
